NRS Centro Internacional® offers the tenant a variety in rentals of apartments, villas, fincas and commercial properties.

The details and documents which we need for the base of a reliable rental are wage slips, or details of your boss, we will possibly contact your last landlord or family, a valid passport or identification card and your bank account details so we can make account changes for the water, electricity, also other references which may be of interest or advantage.

The owner prices the property when we have seen it.  On occasions the water is included in the rental.  Normally the tenant pays electricity, water and two times a year taxes for the rubbish.  Other cost will be established before the signing of the contract.

-The tenant pays the moment that he has agreed to rent:

• 50 euros for the reservation.  The following day they must sign the contract or at an agreed appointment.  In the case that the tenant does not comply with the appointment, they will lose the 50€ reservation for the transaction and work of our organisation.
• One months to be handed over directly to the owner for a deposit, at the end of the rental contract the owner hands back the deposit, once the accounts have been clarified for the time of rental.

·         One months (discounting the 50€ for the reservation) for the fees of NRS Centro Internacional®. These fees represent a selection of products for rentals, presentation of the contracts, our assistance during the eleven months, help with repairs and other types of problems, neutral mediation in problems between the owner and the tenant, in the case that the contract is finalized before the contracted time, general support for the benefit on both parts.

On the handing over of the keys, the tenant must pay the owner the corresponding rental amount.

Normally the tenant has two days before entering the property to organize the move, this rule is on the permission of the owner in order for you to move and leave your last property in good order.  For this period the tenant will not be charged.

For whatever reason problems can arise with the apartment or the community, NRS Centro Internacional® offers, before the finalization of the contract, the possibility or another product or a new rental, and the tenant will not have to pay us any more fees.

In the case that the tenant wants to continue renting the property and always renews the contract, the tenant does not have to pay us more fees NRS Centro Internacional®

If the tenant is a long term client of ours, they can change to a new product of renting, they will receive a discount from NRS Centro Internacional® for the commission, depending on the prices at that moment.

All of the request and the details that we have been given by tenants for rentals will be investigated by NRS Centro Internacional® for the good of all parts.
