Do you have an apartment, house or shop to rent for all of the year?

We offer you complete attention for the owner and the tenant whether you live in Spain or abroad

NRS CENTRO INTERNACIONAL® value your property by size, ambience and situation.  The rental amount we calculate is in common with today’s rates.  We also take photos which we present to the clients.  We assess individually as to whether there is a possibility of handing over keys in order for us to show their properties.  The owner also gives us permission to put up a sign with our phone number for the people that are interested to be able to contact us

NRS CENTRO INTERNACIONAL® is known for its careful selection of tenants in a way that we suit your needs, we match each property to the right client.  Only those selected who are interested will be able to visit a property.

  The visit

NRS Centro Internacional® visits your property with the interested party.

     The reservation

In the case that we have an interested client, they pay 50€ to reserve the property.

The interested client gives us their details and a copy of their passport or identity card.

We present the interested party to the owner and the contract is made by NRS Centro Internacional® which we present immediately for signing.

    The rental contract

Both parts receive a rental contract for eleven months, during this time the owner receives the rental through their bank account or directly from the tenant.  In the case of emergency they can also pay the rent through NRS Centro Internacional, which we will then pass on to the owner.  Three months before the contract ends both parts are contacted to see if they wish to renew the contract for a further eleven months or to the contrary finalize the contract and hand over again the property.  In rentals of apartments there is a deposit of one month, in the case of houses or shops the guarantee varies.

   Assistance

Both parts receive from NRS Centro Internacional® personal advice, in which at whatever moment we are at your disposal, in the possibility that we have to organize repairs.

Termination of rental contract

NRS Centro Internacional® make a punctual arrangement for the handing over of the keys and the property with both parts.  We prepare the accounts.  No cost for the making of the contract are passed on the owner.
